Former minister and senior Akali leader Bikram Singh Majithia, who arrived to campaign for the by-election to be held in Ludhiana, Punjab, termed Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann a dummy Chief Minister. He said that now even the Chief Minister's thumbs are in their pockets by the people of Delhi.
Majithia said that the Aam Aadmi Party has increased the debt of Punjab to Rs 4 lakh crore and not a single industry could be brought to Punjab in three and a half years. He also alleged that the AAP government is involved in illegal mining.
