Peel Regional Police homicide investigators are asking for the public’s help in locating a second suspect wanted in connection with a fatal shooting in Brampton last summer.
Police say two men entered a residence near Castlemore Road and Humberwest Parkway on August 19, 2025, where two individuals were shot. One of the victims died at the scene, while the second person was taken to hospital with gunshot wounds and later released.
In October 2025, officers arrested 24 year old Dilpreet Singh of Brampton and charged him with first degree murder. Investigators have now identified a second suspect as 29 year old Manpreet Singh, who has no fixed address. He is wanted on a Canada wide warrant for first degree murder and attempted murder with a firearm.
Police describe the suspect as five feet 10 inches tall with a medium build, straight black hair, brown eyes and a full beard. He also has a tattoo on his right forearm that reads “Manna” followed by a heart symbol and “Sukh.”
Investigators believe the suspect may be armed and dangerous and are advising members of the public not to approach him. Anyone who sees him is asked to call 911 immediately. Information can also be provided to Peel Regional Police or anonymously through Crime Stoppers.
The case remains under investigation as officers continue to gather evidence and seek additional information from the community.
