Farmers Will Not March to Delhi Tomorrow: Sarwan Singh Pandher

This march will now take place on March 25 if the Center does not address the demands in the third round of talks.

Amid the ongoing agitation at the Shambhu and Khanauri borders of Punjab-Haryana, and ongoing talks with the Center, Kisan Mazdoor Morcha leader Sarwan Singh Pandher has postponed the planned march of 101 farmers from the Shambhu border to Delhi, which was scheduled for February 25.

This march will now take place on March 25 if the Center does not address the demands in the third round of talks. Pandher also warned the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Punjab that if farmers' land is forcibly acquired under the Bharat Mala project, they will open a front against the Punjab government.

Pandher stated that until farmers receive a fair price for their land, they will continue to oppose its acquisition.
