Punjab Police Releases Joginder Singh Ugrahan; Farmers Announce Protests and Challenge CM Bhagwant Mann

Punjab Police has released farmer leader Joginder Singh Ugrahan from custody. Meanwhile, an important meeting of the Sanyukt Kisan Morcha took place in Ludhiana on Thursday.

Following the meeting, Lakhwinder Singh Lakhowal announced that farmer organizations would hold protests in front of the residences of all ruling party MLAs on March 10. Additionally, a meeting is scheduled at Kisan Bhawan in Chandigarh on March 15 to outline the next phase of their struggle.

Furthermore, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has been openly challenged to a debate on the farmers’ demands at Kisan Bhawan in Chandigarh.
