The Election Commission of India is likely to announce the schedule of assembly elections in Bihar next week. According to information, the first phase of the elections is expected to be held in late October, immediately after Chhath. The previous assembly elections in Bihar were held in three phases due to the Corona pandemic.
The term of the 243-member Bihar Assembly will end on November 22. Let us tell you that the final voter list of Bihar is being published after a special revision of the voter lists after a gap of 22 years.
