Bollywood actor and TV personality Archana Puran Singh recently shared a frustrating experience from her family vacation in Dubai a city known for its high safety standards where they fell prey to an online ticketing scam.

In a candid vlog on YouTube, Archana revealed that they had booked tickets online for an indoor skydiving experience, only to realize at the venue that their booking wasn’t valid. “We had already paid, and it wasn’t a small amount. Dubai mein humare paise doob gaye — we lost our money in Dubai. I really didn’t expect something like this to happen here,” she said.

Her son Aryamann recounted how he had reserved the medium package for four minutes but was puzzled when the session lasted only two. “The website looked legit, but now it’s vanished. At first, I thought it was just a technical glitch. But now I’m just angry — we’ve been duped,” he explained.

Archana acknowledged that they had been conned by a fake site. “We’ve been scammed. In Dubai, of all places. Can you believe it?” she said in disbelief. Her husband, actor Parmeet Sethi, added with dry humor, “Well, I hope whoever tricked us is having a good time with our money.”
