Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone’s Mumbai residence has come under heightened security after an alleged extortion threat triggered alarm bells. Armed guards and a uniformed police officer have been stationed outside the couple’s home, a move that has sparked concern among residents of their housing society. The society’s managing committee reportedly wrote to the local police, questioning the sudden deployment and flagging worries about armed personnel being present in common areas like the lobby, gym, and children’s play zone.
