Welcome Franchise Returns with Third Film Set for 2026 Release

The makers officially announced the release date of Welcome to the Jungle, the third chapter in the much-loved Welcome film series. After facing several postponements since 2024, the film is now locked for a theatrical release on June 26, 2026.
Helmed by director Ahmed Khan, Welcome to the Jungle features a grand ensemble cast comprising more than 30 actors. The line-up includes Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Raveena Tandon, Disha Patani, Jacqueline Fernandez, Arshad Warsi, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Johnny Lever, Aftab Shivdasani, Lara Dutta, Shreyas Talpade, Tusshar Kapoor, Daler Mehndi, Farida Jalal and many more.
The original Welcome, released in 2007, starred Feroz Khan, Akshay Kumar, Katrina Kaif, Anil Kapoor, Nana Patekar, and Paresh Rawal in key roles. Its sequel, Welcome Back, arrived in theatres in 2015, with John Abraham and Shruti Haasan stepping into the franchise in place of Akshay and Katrina. Both earlier films were directed by Anees Bazmee.
